2. Products and Ingredients
All LIBRATELLO'Oon products are made with the maximum possible proportion of natural ingredients, are vegan, free from parabens, silicones and mineral oils, and are not tested on animals. Each product is handmade in Slovenia.
3. Ordering and Payment
You can place an order through the online shop at libratellooon.com. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Payment card (Visa, Mastercard)
- PayPal (activation in progress)
- Bank transfer
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT.
4. Delivery
We dispatch orders as soon as possible after payment has been confirmed. Delivery within Slovenia takes 1–7 working days.
Delivery costs:
- Delivery within Slovenia: €4.50
- Free delivery on orders over €70.00
- EU delivery: from €4.50 to €7.90
5. Returns and Complaints
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
Return conditions:
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
- Natural cosmetics that have been opened (cardboard packaging) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except in the event of a defect or damage.
- The customer bears the cost of returning goods, except where the goods are incorrect or damaged.

6. Personal Data Protection
We collect and process your personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR). We do not share your data with third parties, except with the delivery provider for the purpose of delivery.

7. Allergies and Warnings
Although all our products are made with natural ingredients, natural ingredients are not necessarily hypoallergenic. Before first use, we recommend testing on a small area of skin (the inner wrist). Wait 24 hours and check for any reaction.
Warning: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, we advise against use without prior consultation with your chosen doctor. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
8. Natural Cosmetics – Special Features
Natural cosmetics may vary in appearance and texture from batch to batch as a result of their natural ingredients. These differences do not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. Colour, scent and texture may vary slightly.
Natural preservatives result in a shorter shelf life than synthetic preservatives. The expiry date is stated on the packaging. After opening, we recommend using the product within 6 months.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between the seller and the customer, we will seek to resolve it amicably. If this is not possible, the competent court in Slovenia has jurisdiction to resolve the dispute.
