      How to Use JAM Cream<\/h2>\n

      General Use for Women<\/h3>\n

      Do not apply the cream from day 1 to day 7 of the menstrual cycle.<\/p>\n

      From day 8 onward, apply a pea-sized amount twice daily \u2014 in the morning and evening. Apply the cream alternately to the neck, d\u00e9colletage, breasts, inner upper arms, abdomen and inner thighs.<\/p>\n

      Continue use until the start of menstruation, then begin again using the same routine. After three weeks of use, take a one-week break, which generally coincides with menstruation.<\/p>\n

      Irregular Menstrual Cycle, Perimenopause and Menopause<\/h3>\n

      If you are not sure when your menstrual cycle begins, designate the first day of use as \u201cday 8\u201d and apply the cream twice daily from then on, following the routine described above.<\/p>\n

      Stop use on day 28 or at the onset of menstruation, if this occurs earlier. Then take a 7-day break and start using it again.<\/p>\n

      If menstruation has not begun by day 28, still take a 7-day break and then begin again.<\/p>\n

      If menstruation begins earlier, count the first day of bleeding as day 1 of the cycle, stop use, wait seven days and then begin applying the cream again.<\/p>\n

      For women with more pronounced hormonal difficulties, we as the manufacturer recommend trying continuous use without a weekly break until the condition settles, for a maximum of 3 months; then take a 7-day break. Repeat use for 3 months, then take another break.<\/p>\n
